Often we navigate the day-to-day paying minimal attention to the ubiquitous objects, materials that surround us.

A chair,bowl or light is given little regard or attention beyond its practical purpose. By contrast,the works in the FAUX PAS exhibition

are attention seekers, they use trickery, colour or humour to cause curiosity, wonder or pause.
